Fee Structure

ESC offers a variety of engagement plans and fee structure to assist in the achievement of your individual company objectives in the following ways:

Fixed Price - for well-defined efforts
Hourly and Daily Rates - for loosely-defined and/or short-duration efforts
Reduced Hourly and Daily Rates - for loosely-defined, multi-month efforts, 3 to 6 months (Desirable arrangement)
Monthly Retainer - to reduce cost for multi-month efforts, above 6 months (Most preferred arrangement) 
Mixed Fee Structure from the options above - for efforts with needs and levels of definition that change over time

Regardless of the engagement structures, ESC will focus on the benefits to your organization while effectively control and minimize your risk. We use ethical business practices that are workable, teachable and tangible through the use of profitable ideas, strategies and techniques. We are capable of raising performance even in the most challenging of environments to produce the result you want.


When requesting for a quote

In order for us to give you a more realistic quote, kindly don’t just say, “I need 7 pages of website copy written" or "I need you to help me setup a childcare centre" and expect us to know how long it will take to complete the project. Instead, map out the work plan you need us to do. Will we be responsible for research? Project outlines? Phone correspondence? Multiple draft revisions? Meet MCYS officers or any other personnel involved in the project?

Knowing the process will help us figure out a fair price for the project. In the end, we will both feel more comfortable settling on a price.


What information to provide?

Give us a project overview, some background information on your business, and examples of past projects or a competitor’s work that you’d like to emulate. Make sure you thoroughly describe the habits and attitudes of your target audience.
