EduSource Consulting LLP (ESC) is registered with Accounting & Corporate Regulatory Authority Singapore (ACRA). ESC provides education management consultancy and staffing solutions to its clients in the education industry and non-profit organizations.
Our Principal Consultant
Our Principal Consultant, Ms. Teo, has many years of management and training experiences in the chemical, education, and non-profit industry. Ms. Teo holds a Master of Education (Educational Leadership & Management), majored in HRM and Organizational Change, with the RMIT University. Her research was on Early Childhood Education Management. She is also an undergrad of the Doctorate of Education programme.
Ms. Teo has been known to be the "bridge" between the sales/business professionals and the educators. Before switching to the education industry, she was consistently the top sales producer in an American MNC company and won many awards during her 7 years stay with the company as the Area Manager. Upon switching to the education industry, she has proven herself to be a lifelong learner, putting all her learning into practice in the companies she worked for, helping them setup and build sustainable education businesses. Her teaching and management work experiences include being a Teacher, Principal, Area Manager, Asst. Director, and Executive Director at various educational organizations.
Ms Teo is accredited by the Preschool Qualification Accreditation Committee (PQAC) as a Lecturer for all Early Childhood Education courses (for preschool Teachers and Principals). She has been doing associate lecturing since year 2000. She had also conducted a series of Mentoring Program Workshops for the People's Association Women Executive Committee members and their Mentors in 2008. Currently, Ms Teo is researching into mobile game-based learning for education in schools.
Other than Ms. Teo's work achievements and experiences, she has a keen interest in helping others excel. She has been coaching and mentoring her subordinates and peers all the time. She is also a volunteer of an online counselling program. With this attitude of hers, it is no wonder that Ms. Teo has earned her credential as an Education Management Consultant, Trainer and Mentor.
